Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, customers should contact our customer support team via email or phone with their order details.


We offer refunds on products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was received. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, customers should contact our customer support team and provide relevant information, such as order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged product). Refunds will be processed within 3 after receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Return of Products:

Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to return the product. Customers must return the product in its original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning the item to ensure its safe arrival. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items may be non-refundable, such as personalized or custom-made products. Perishable items, such as live plants, are also non-refundable once they have been delivered in good condition.

Exchange Policy:

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, depending on the availability of the item in stock. Customers should contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
