01. Ordering Process:

How do I place an order on your website?

Placing an order on our website is easy! Simply browse through our selection of beautiful flower arrangements, select the one you like, choose any additional options or customizations, and add it to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, provide the necessary details, including the recipient’s address and your contact information, and complete the payment process. Once the order is confirmed, we will take care of the rest.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the order status and delivery arrangements.

Are there any additional charges apart from the product price?

In addition to the product price, there might be additional charges such as delivery fees, taxes, and any optional add-ons you select during the checkout process. These charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

02. Customization

Can I request specific flower types or colors for a custom arrangement?

Absolutely! We offer custom arrangements where you can specify your preferred flower types, colors, and any specific requirements you may have. Our skilled florists will create a unique arrangement tailored to your preferences.

How far in advance should I place an order for a custom arrangement?

Custom arrangements require additional time and preparation. We recommend placing your order for a custom arrangement at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to source the requested flowers and ensure that your arrangement is crafted with care.

Can I add extra items like chocolates or balloons to my order?

Yes, we offer a selection of add-on items such as chocolates, balloons, and plush toys that you can include with your flower order. These extra items can be added during the checkout process, and their costs will be displayed accordingly.

03. Returns, exchanges and complaints

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
